With TECHSPRO 12-Month/12,000 Mile or 12-Month/20,000 Kilometer Limited Warranty for Total Car Care assemblies, your assembly is covered for 12-Month/12,000 Miles (12-Month/20,000 Kilometers), whichever first occurs.
The 12-Month Limited Warranty covers your specific assemblies against defective materials and workmanship — parts and labor — for twelve months or 12,000 miles (20,000 kilometers), whichever occurs first. As with any TECHSPRO warranty, the 12-Month/ 12,000 Mile (12-Month/20,000 Kilometer) Limited Warranty does not apply to failure caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, or reimbursement for consequential damages. Your warranty is
null and void if the covered (is involved in any of these occurs) vehicle is converted from a passenger vehicle to a commercial vehicle, abuse vehicle, accidents (the vehicle was involved in any type of accident) install Aftermarket components, any modification or alteration, work for personal non authorized (Wheels,Tires, Computers Chips, etc.)

- Soft Parts Components
- Friction Clutches Plates, Steel Plates made by Raybestos. Filter, Bands, Sealing Rings, Metal Clad, Seals, Gaskets, O-rings & Rubber Piston.
- Remanufacture Torque Converter
- Remove & Reinstallation Transmission Assembly
- Automatic Transmission Fluid
- Warranty Doesn't Cover Electronic components or Hard parts (Planetary Set, Drums, Valve Body, etc.) or External Accessories/parts (Shifter Cables Transmission Cooler Lines & Cooler, etc.) Programming or Relearn

- Warranty subject to cancellation any time due to abuse of the transmission or Aftermarket, components, modification for personal non authorized (Wheels,Tires, Computers Chips, etc.)
- 14 day inspection is required to maintain transmission warranty.
- Any transmission fluid leakage needs to be reported to TECHSPRO TRANSMISSION not longer than 24 Hours.
- Warranty will end when either of the two occurs first (12-months or 12,000-miles)

- Transmission Filter; Flywheel Due to torque converter Failure. The Transmission Case, Case Adapter Housingand Torque Converter Housing are not covered. Pressure Plate, Throw-out/Pilot Bearing. Shifter; Shift Cable(s) Coolant Lines, Coolant System.
- Shift Linkages. Drive Shaft External Switches. Input/Output Speed Sensors; Any component not defined orlisted in TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE Section a, COVERAGE.
- Warranty does not cover rental cars, towing Services, electronics components, accidents, any other failures due to defective parts or modifications for personal non authorized on transmission.
- Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle to our original location for any adjustments, checks or any other warranty requirement.

USED PARTS
TRANSMISSION RECYCLE WARRANTY
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser for private, NON-COMMERCIAL use, and to the vehicle in which the product was originally installed and / or used and is not transferrable. In the event of a warranty failure, TECHSPRO Online will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion. Warranties are limited to the retail price paid for the product and begin from original purchase date. Labor is not considered or offered on any salvage product. The warranty is limited to part replacement only. Thank you for your purchase of a recycled transmission from TECHSPRO Online. A recycled transmission from TECHSPRO is sold as an assembly meaning optional accessories not included and not covered under warranty. Your warranty is
null and void if the covered (is involved in any of these occurs) vehicle is converted from a passenger vehicle to a commercial vehicle, abuse vehicle, accidents (the vehicle was involved in any type of accident) install Aftermarket components, any modification or alteration, work for personal non authorized (Wheels,Tires, Computers Chips, etc.)
The Transmission Recycle Limited Warranty covers your specific assemblies against defective materials and workmanship — parts ONLY — for 90 days or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. As with any TECHSPRO Limited Warranty does not apply to failure caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, or reimbursement for consequential damages. Your warranty is null and void if the covered vehicle is converted from a passenger vehicle to a commercial vehicle. Be sure to read your TECHSPRO Warranty so you fully understand all of your rights and any other restrictions that apply.
Warranty Cover ONLY the components listed in this section (NO LABOR) are covered under the standard warranty for transmission replacement for 90 days or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase:
- Transmission CasE
- Transmission CaseTransmission Pan
- Tail-shaft and Housing (RWD - Rear Wheel Drive Only)
- All Internal Lubricated Parts o Torque Converter (Auto trans)
- Valve Body Unless the vehicle manufacturer requires the Valve Body to be replaced
- Warranty Doesn't Cover Electronic components or Hard parts (Planetary Set, Drums, Valve Body etc.)
- Warranty Doesn't Cover Remove & Reinstall Transmission ( any type of labor)

In order to validate your warranty, the following must be installed prior to installing your replacement transmission for warranty to be valid; those items include but are not limited to
\- New Gaskets
\- New Seals
\- New Filter
- New Fluids
Sensors and Switches
Your transmission may have the following optional accessories attached for convenience, but are not covered under the warranty. Those items include but are not limited to,
\- Flywheel
\- Mounts or brackets
\- Sensors and Switches
- Flex Plate
NOTE: Flushing the transmission cooler (if equipped) must be done for the warranty to be valid
- Warranty Doesn't Cover Any External Components ( Shifter Cable, Drive Shaft ETC.)

WARRANTY REPAIRS
LIMITED WARRANTY
With TECHSPRO covered by a thirty (30) day Limited Warranty for repair’s defined or listed in the invoice, The Limited Warranty covers your specific parts assemblies against defective materials and workmanship — parts and labor defined or listed in the invoice.
TECHSPRO Limited warranty. All warranties hereunder become void if the vehicle is converted to use as a commercial vehicle, if
the vehicle is in an accident subsequent to repairs we perform, if aftermarket components are
installed after repairs we perform, if any modification or alteration is done to the vehicle by any
person not authorized by us subsequent to repairs we perform, if transmission is abused subsequent to repairs we perform, and if any OEM alteration (wheels, tires, computer chips) occurs subsequent to repairs we perform. To prevent warranty cancellation, a fourteen (14) day inspection is required following the repairs we perform, and any transmission fluid leakage must be reported to us within twenty-four (24) hours of leak occurring. Warranty does not cover rental car fees, towing fees, electronic components, damage to transmission from any source due to accident or otherwise, and any damages or failures resulting from defective parts or from modifications made by persons other than those authorized by us. Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle to our location for adjustments, checks, inspections, or repair.
